The programme does have a module on nutrition with daily training and tools to help you improve your diet, which is for anyone who wants to feel better - because what you eat plays a huge role in the way you feel - or who wants to manage or lose weight.
You won't necessarily lose weight right away in the 5 days of the programme, but taking what you learn and implementing it to improve your diet and habits around food will help you to support weight loss.
I do want to call out that in perimenopause and beyond, losing weight is a fine art! Our hormonal balance is key to achieving weight loss and although food is a huge part of achieving any weight maintenance or weight loss goal, it's one part of a bigger puzzle.
This programme will be a brilliant way to get started and begin your weight-loss journey if this is one of your health goals.
This is for you! As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I help you through the daily content to know where to get started with exercising and why it is an important part of your perimenopause and menopause season of life.
You'll get an insight into some different ways of working out with expert training on how to workout in these ways effectively and safely.
It's a 5-day programme aimed at getting you off the starting block from a fitness and mindset pov. You're going to be ready at the end of the programme to emabrk on your fitness journey!
No! Each day you'll receive that day's content on your dashboard, with an email letting you know it's ready and what the focus of the day is. You can, of course, complete the trainings and tasks that day, or watch and complete them whenever it suits you.
It's structured over 5 days to give you new pieces of content over a short space of time that are bite-sized and to help you get started quickly to boost your energy and feel better!
You have access to the content for life, so you can return to re-watch and continue using it as often as you like.

This programme will help every single woman to improve her health and feel better. Regardless of what you have going on symptom wise, understanding the role of the food you eat in your physical and mental health, eating well, moving your body more and in the right way, and shifting your mindset will help you to feel better.
How this looks and feels will of course vary by individual, but for any menopausal symptoms at any stage of your journey - early in perimenopause or much later - your overall health impacts the severity and type of symptoms, as well as how you cope with them and how you feel.
