I know what it feels like to “lose yourself” in midlife — because I’ve been there. I also know the power of making yourself a priority again.
As a certified women’s health coach, menopause specialist, and former Nike leader with 20+ years in high-performance environments, I blend strategic habit-change coaching with deep knowledge of hormonal health, identity work and mindset change to help women thrive in this chapter. You genuinely have helped me to focus on something new. I ask myself nearly everyday now “what’s more important me or this…” now it seems ridiculous when I choose things over taking care of myself. Most definitely! A big part of my experience and expertise is in supporting clients with the right knowledge about nutrition and food choices to fit their goals and lifestyle. I do not advocate "going on a diet" – I'm about supporting you to ditch the dieting cycle and culture you've most likely been trapped in for many years, and to build a sustainable, balanced diet for life.
We'll work on the link between strong health and wellness and what you eat. To lose or maintain weight, especially during perimenopause and menopause, you can't just focus on eating less. I'll equip you with the right knowledge to support your overall health and to approach your weight goals in the most balanced and sustainable way.
If your priority is to improve your fitness and move your body more regularly, we can most definitely support you on this in the programme. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I can help you work on the mindset challenges you have when it comes to embarking on an exercise plan. The programme is designed to help you build sustainable habits, and if you want to focus on your fitness, we will definitely work on building new habits to get – and keep – your body moving.
There is not a specific exercise plan included as part of the programme, but if you're looking for dedicated PT support, please let me know, as I can offer additional sessions with my PT hat on to create a training programme for you. I can take PT sessions with you either virtually or in-person if you live locally to me. This would be an extra cost and commitment to the cost of this programme.
Choosing to do this in combination with the programme, or even afterwards, would be a great way to support your movement habits.
This is very normal and where lots of clients start. It's often the reason you're not feeling healthy, happy, or getting the results you're working hard and pushing to achieve. You feel lost and don't know what needs changing.
In the first part of the programme – Clarity – I'll be helping you to get clear on how you want to live your life and why this matters to you, so we'll identify here what's going on and what to focus on changing.
Coaching is about exploring your inner beliefs and stories, so for most people, until you start working with a coach, you'll not know what these are, and hence, won't know what to work on changing.
Time is often the biggest hurdle that many women like you put in their way, and it keeps them stuck, often for many years (or forever). This is exactly what my coaching helps you to break apart - the belief that it's just not feasible to make time for yourself.
The reality is that if you want to feel and live differently to how you are right now, you're going to need to invest time in yourself. Working in a programme like this with me as your coach means that you've invested in yourself, committed to doing the work to change, and got the right accountability and support to stay on track and get the results you want.
I'll help you to make small changes to your lifestyle to build habits that will move you towards your life goals. Habits will allow you to build a sustainable lifestyle so that being 'healthy' is no longer a chore or task on your to-do-list that you always leave unchecked because you don't have enough time.
Outside the weekly coaching sessions, there will sometimes be a little bit of work to do using different tools and resources. These vary depending on your needs and the steps we agree to take. These can be done at your own pace and are optional, but will help you to get the most from the programme.
Of course, the whole purpose of you investing in the programme is to make changes in your life, so time for reflection, maybe some journaling and, of course, some action planning will be a must to ensure you are successful in your goals and vision! There really won't be a lot of additional time required, but overall, I do stress that both your financial and time investment need to align to get the most from working together.
I'd say having an extra 60 minutes outside the weekly coaching sessions is a good amount of time to plan to put aside to support your transformation journey.
This is not something I want you to worry about at all, so rest assured there is absolutely no pressure to be on camera. However, to ensure we build a relationship of trust to help you make the changes you want, it is recommended that we're both on camera.
The coach<>client relationship is one of complete confidentiality, so know that anything you share is between us in our coach<>client capacity.
You will need to be open in our sessions so that I can support you in making the changes and get the results you want. I do set this up during our onboarding call, and assure you that you're always in control of what you say and share, so please know you only need to share what you feel comfortable with and think will help you in your transformation journey.

This is what a coach does!
I'll work with you to dig into your challenges, worries, sticking points and limiting beliefs so you get complete clarity on what's going on in your life right now.
From there, you'll be able to zoom out to see what it is you want to prioritise to change first, and there's the starting point.
I've coached lots of women who know they want to be and feel healthier, but they're not sure what it is they need to change - often because there are lots of areas of their life not working well right now. Having a coach helps you to unlock your potential to maximise your own healthy life choices and design a life you love, and are aligned to. I'll guide you to overcome obstacles and find realistic solutions.
The amazing thing is, you know you want to feel calmer, clearer and more in control and are taking a massive step to achieve it!
Each of our coaching sessions is around 60-minutes, and are held using Zoom. If you're not familiar with Zoom, it is really straightforward to use. You'll receive an email with the session link and all you need to do is make sure you have the Zoom App installed on your laptop, iPad or phone. It is easiest to use a laptop or desktop so you can see the content I'll share clearly.
Your programme content will be shared in your own member area and it's super easy to access using a link I'll share with you. Then you can save this to your favourites in whatever browser you use and access it from there each time you need to.
I'm happy to guide you through this when we start working together.
Not at all. I am flexible with the hours I work and have evening appointments available to accommodate clients who work during normal daytime hours, or are based in a different time zone.
On our first call, we can agree on a regular weekly slot for the session or decide if they need to vary each week. Either way, it is about making it work for you.
If you need to stretch the programme beyond the 12-weeks, we can also discuss this at the start of our time together, or should something arise midway through.
I do stress however that the programme is designed to flow across the 12-weeks for momentum and focus.
